Garden for Passion

It is been a while...... Some of you might have missed the blog posts....

These days many things are going on with us and around us. The pandemic, job security, work from home with no time bound and whatever you want to add you can add to the list. In these situations there should be some mind refreshing things to boost our morale, like hearing music, watching Korean dramas, painting, crafts and the list is long. I chose to garden as my mind refresher and want to share how I find myself lively.

I live in a complete city environment. Mostly I see walls around me. I had few plants in pots. I was thinking a lot of things recently, then I realized that I skipped my hobby gardening and I have lost it in the way of my life. So I started to do gardening and believe me now, it is not only my hobby, it interests all my family members including my four year old kid.

I am sharing some lively moments from my garden...

It is really nice to start gardening. It needs patience as well. We put seeds, we were amused to see how many of them germinated, how they grow and sitting tight to see when they will bloom. Not to say we need to remove the pests, spray some neem oil to protect our plants, and also I was protecting them from over watering by my kid, you know kids always like to play with water.

Gardening is like raising a child I can say. We observe every step in gardening, we take care of the plant besides our busy schedule, we will start to think innovative ideas to make our home beautiful. Unknowingly we will be immersed into it.

Gardening gives feast to our eyes with flowers, we make better use of plastic bottles hanging with mint, so you can pluck the fresh leaves when you need. You will also enjoy the uninvited guests to collect pollen or to drink honey from your garden like this...

Gardening breaks our routine. When you have time, give it a try. You will be surprised. This will become a passion.

Do note that the plants do need their comfortable weather to grow. Like for example I cannot grow an orchid in a very hot place with less humidity. Actually, I am growing an orchid near the washroom, so they get required humidity for their growth, and she is growing well. So while choosing the plants decide according to the climatic requirement of them or provide similar condition.

You don't need a lot of space for the garden. You can make better use of available containers with lovely small plants on your desk or a table or hang them in walls. This adds aesthetic not only to your home or a desk but also to you.

Garden with Passion. Enjoy life with plants around you.
